1922 TOURING BC
Superlight BC cross- country ski with ¾ steel edges
Strong enough to handle rough terrain and hard conditions yet perfectly at home in groomed tracks, the 1922 is a ski for the quicker adventure and espacially at the platou.
Constructed with a core of poplar/paulownia wood for strength and weight. With 48 mm at the waist, the 1922 weighs a remarkable
1550g per pair for the 200 cm skis – perfect for leaving the groomed tracks to break trail.
Its prominent wax pocket, moderate sidecut and ¾ steel edges offer stability and control on the descent and a fast, straight-tracking ski on the flats.
Åsnes was founded in 1922 and carries more than 100 years of inherited knowledge/ski history. This model is to celebrate the journey of Åsnes.
The X-Skin 45 mm is a great all-round choice for these skis. For more speed in less-demanding terrain, the 30 mm Mohair X-Skin is superb.
