This Colltex skin is produced in 100% mohair for improved speed and outstanding grip.

Mohair offers less friction than a nylon skin, although at the expense of nylon’s durability.

To further enhance its performance, this skin may be waxed.

This skin features the CombiFix grip, allowing attachment at both tip and tail, and is perfect for long-distance trips where you face the risk of ice and snow accumulating on the skin’s grip face.

This skin is 60mm wide and 2100mm long; must be adapted to the length of your ski.

Maintenance and storage of climbing skins:

To preserve your climbing skin’s properties, we recommend that you keep it clean, dry it after use, and regularly impregnate/ wax it. Store the climbing skin in the supplied bag somewhere cool and dark.
